VENUE

Our package is completely customisable and can be accommodated to fit your guest count.

We can accommodate 120 pax indoors or 150 pax outdoors. Additional charge for tent.

Contact us for consultation. Date is booked and secured upon receival of deposit.

We are currently renovating a 5 bedroom guest house. Please check back for availability.

We have a beautiful forest and vast lawns with dam setting. Also vineyard and mountain views.

The client is responsible for renting in additional tent/structure. Micro weddings(up to 40) people option for ceremony indoors.

PLANNING & CONSULTATION

Normally 6 months before your wedding date. We have a full planning schedule. If your wedding/function is within 6 months, we will still be able to plan.

STATIONERY & DIGITAL

We offer stationery through our All-inclusive packages. We are able to offer on a per ad-hoc basis.

We offer a template based personalised wedding website via our All-Inclusive packages, including RSVP and venue details. Personal domain of your choice. We are able to provide a website per ad-hoc basis.

The digital website is your wedding invitation. It is a set template and you only have to share the important information regarding your wedding, as well as some pictures. As soon as it is completed, you will receive a link to the site, which you can then share with your guests.

DECOR & FLOWERS

Our package is all-inclusive and includes everything from décor to cake and even the DJ

Depending on whether there is a function, you are more than welcome to setup the day before until strictly 17:00.

Yes we can remove it from the All-Inclusive package, however, your stylist/florist takes full responsibility for setup and cleanup of venue and ceremony.

All flowers & decor remains the property of the venue and is deductable from breakage deposit to recover damages.

FOOD & DRINK

Unfortunately we do not allow any outside caters as this doesn’t comply with our Health and Safety regulations.

Absolutely, please ensure cake is delivered to venue and setup with cake essentials(Cake knife & stand).

We offer both options as well as harvest table or canapes as starters. We do not offer “seconds” due to pre-planned portion per guest.

  • Strictly no outside food or drinks allowed.
  • R100 Corkage applies to function wine/sparkling wine brought in.
  • No special bar requests – We have a fully stocked bar.

ENTERTAINMENT & CELEBRATION

Depending on weather, your guests can enjoy a decent fire at our firepit. Wood included.

We have a fully licensed and stocked bar. We have a range of drinks, specials and ice cold CBC Lager On Tap.
